This Data Deletion Policy explains how users may request deletion of account data, connected account data, uploaded content, AI prompts, generated content, and personal information handled by Sociyai.com, operated by Esofttech Inc.
1. What you can request
You may request deletion of your account, profile information, business details, uploaded files, prompts, draft content, generated content, support messages, connected social account tokens, and other personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational limits.
2. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to info@sociyai.com or through our contact page. Please include the email address connected to your account and enough detail for us to identify the data you want deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. Account deletion
If you request full account deletion, we will disable or remove your account and delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account may remove access to dashboards, history, drafts, reports, settings, billing details, and connected integrations.
4. Connected services
If you connected social media or third-party services, you may also need to revoke Sociyai.com access directly through those providers. We can delete authorization tokens and integration data stored by us, but we cannot delete data held by third-party platforms. Their own policies and tools apply.
5. Backups and logs
Deleted data may remain in backups, security logs, diagnostics, or archival systems for a limited period until overwritten or deleted according to our retention practices. During that period, the data is protected from routine use except for security, legal, disaster recovery, or compliance purposes.
6. Data we may retain
We may retain information when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain financial and tax records, complete transactions, protect security, or preserve legal rights. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
7. De-identified information
We may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. This information may be used for analytics, product improvement, security, and business reporting.
8. Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time and within any timeline required by applicable law. Complex requests, verification delays, or legal obligations may require more time.
